Description: The Office of Fresh Starts & New Beginnings (Congregational Development) exists to resource the local church to revitalize and/or to start new faith communities through contextual trainings, coaching, and funding to cultivate an environment of disciple-making. The MCD is the West Ohio committee that supports, encourages, and governs the work of the Office of Fresh Starts & New Beginnings.

Desired experiences/skills: This is a team of creative, innovative leaders who are passionate about collaboration.

Time commitment: We meet in person up to four times each year via in-person and zoom to discuss the current and upcoming work of the office. Each year the team is also very involved in the planning and execution of Bishop’s Go Awards.
